Every spring, before the busy wedding season, we hold our staff kickoff training. Unlike our monthly staff meetings this training is a full day. The day was spent rehearsing, playing games to increase everyone's music knowledge, dancing, and of course a lot of fun. The following week we held an MC workshop where we rehearse for weddings and did various activities to improve everyone's performance. These events were a great way for our staff to bond and practice doing what we love.

Before these staff events I knew we had an amazing staff but we were blown away by their talent. We are truly lucky to have each of our employees. I know we are going to have a great rest of the year. I am looking forward to working with each one of them and seeing the amazing things they will do for our clients.
